We manage our properties personally and we keep our properties maintained and in safe working order.
We will be as helpful as we possibly can to help your stay be a pleasant one.
We ask that those who reside in our properties be respectful of their neighbors by keeping the property grounds maintained,
parking only in the designated parking places for that property, no loud parties, etc.. There are property owners in the neighborhood that we want to respect. As a tenant of our property, we ask that you respect and honor their rights and privacy. Be a great neighbor and life will good for you and them. Party animals need not apply!
Every property we own is equipped with an automatic sprinkler system for the yard and landscaping. The reason is twofold. We understand that tenants have busy life- styles and often don't want to drag hoses around and don't want to track the water restrictions and so forth. And, we want to protect our investment in the properties by maintaining the landscape, that often is valued at tens of thousands of dollars. And we want to respect the other property owners and their property values by keeping a decent looking yard.
Because we water the yards automatically, we cover the cost of the water for the portion that goes on the yard for the months that the sprinkler system is activated. This saves the tenant money.
